Vital organs include the heart, lungs, and spine.

The brain is an instant-kill zone, but skull damage lowers your hunt grade and worsens carcass condition. Avoid the head.

The hunt result

When the hunt ends, your result is scored by vital hits, instant kill, and ammo grade match.
